Portable Plate and Pipe Beveling Machine

BM-15 is a portable beveling machine which is used for the plate, square tube and other irregular shapes requiring a beveling process, and can be used for the pipe with the diameters over 50mm.（1.97”）.

By selecting different blades, it can achieve different beveling angles, including angles of 22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°or 60°(other angles available upon request), each machine equipped with 5 carbide blades, and each blades has 4 blade cutting edges, blades are interchangeable and can be used repeatedly. A single milling head enables beveling edges with radius of R3, R4 or R5.

BM-15 is equipped with continuous bevel width adjustment, motor thermal protection and electronic speed control for use on a variety of materials including steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

The machine has high capacity beveling ability with a max beveling width of 15mm(0.59”), and high operation speed of 5m-10m(16.4’-32.80’)/min.

It is an effective tool for beveling before the welding, painting or coating.
